The CentriFeeder line of feeders allows for both an accurate, real-time flow measurement, as well as near perfect control of flow rate and total. For blending applications, control the flow rate of an individual ingredient, or combine several CentriFeeders for near perfect recipe control. If you are controlling ingredients entering a batching process, use the CentriFeeder for controlling the total of one or more ingredients entered into the batch. Please see below for additional information regarding the use of the CentriFeeder ICV as a stand alone unit or in unison for multiple products for flow control of one or more materials in a process.

CENTRIFEEDER ICV: FLOW CONTROL

The CentriFeeder ICV can either be used alone, as a stand alone unit, or several can be used in unison, in order to accurately measure and control the flow rate and total of multiple products at a time. The products can be batched or they can be blended depending on the control style being utilized for the CentriFeeder/ CentriFeeders.

The CentriFeeder ICV can be installed beneath any bin, hopper or silo in order to control the granular product as it is discharged. The control of the product can be achieved as either a flow control or as a batch control of the total amount of product that is discharged. The CentriFeeder ICV works by first accurately measuring the product as it passes through the feed device. This flow signal is then used to modulate the integrated ICV or control valve on the CentriFeeder ICV. The result is both a controlled flow based on flow rate and/or total.
